I'm Nobody's Private Nude Beach [Pun-Intended]: How Nicki & Kim K. Tried to Set Women Back [Penn Peroud Exclusive]

Everything we're starting to see is very staged, very planned, very much done on-purpose. It's often to boost the career of one, but at the expense of other groups and/or categories that people may place that person into. This year, seemed like both Nicki Minaj and Kim Kardashian wanted to turn heads and "break the Internet."

With the culture of going to Vegas, Miami, New York City, Beverly Hills, or Hollywood to get a butt-lift, is it a surprise that Kim K. and Nicki had surgeries? And yes, Kim did have surgery. You'll have to trust my reliable source on that. She had a Brazilian butt lift. Nicki gets six-month routine filler shots to give her added cushion. The perception seems that women are to be displayed as objects, such as life-sized Barbie dolls and tools, for strictly "fun" times. The truth is that women are so much more than that. In today's world, women are leaders, providers, business CEOs, entrepreneurs, mothers and the positive list goes on. When we make power moves and even when we don't, we don't have to take off our clothes to "Break the Internet."

These two women seem like welcome mats to me. I have no problem with how they choose to wear their hair, make-up, clothes, etc. I do not hate them. I just that think they have so potential than what they allow the men in their lives to dictate to them to have. I feel like they're not empowering women, but rather that they are slaves to plastic surgery, sex, money and the men in their lives. --Penn
