Warning: This post is not suitable for those under 18, in which case should not be watching Love & Hip-Hop anyway.

There's a whole lot of lows on the new season of Love & Hip-Hop New York, which is in its fifth season. The cast includes, (but is not limited to,) Chrissy, (a former Madam and New York socialite,) Chink Santana, (former The Inc./Murder Inc. rapper who made cameos in Keyshia Cole's "I Should Have Cheated," and Ashanti's "Don't Let Them," official videos, Erica Mena, (former video vixen turned model, former girlfriend of Rich Dollaz and Cyn Santana, Bow Wow's new love,) Syn Santana, (Erica Mena's now ex-girlfriend,) Rich Dollaz, (of Dollaz Entertainment and Erica Mena's ex-boyfriend,) Yandy, (Jim Jones former publicist and current boutique business owner/ party host,) Tara, (the mother of Peter Gunz' youngest sons and ex-girlfriend,) Amina Butterfly, (Peter Gunz' current girlfriend and his youngest daughter's mother,) Mendeeces Harris, (Yandy's fiance and the manager of rapper Vado,) Sisco, (allegedly a music executive,) and Diamond, (an aspiring model and daughter of major league baseball player Darryl Strawberry Sr.). This cast is nothing like the other two Love and Hip-Hop brands, Atlanta and Hollywood. That could be a good thing or not, so good.

5. LOW - Something doesn't seem right about the relationship between Chink Santana and Chrissy. It's not her. I believe she genuinely cares for Chink, but the fact that he's still married and meeting her outside on a park bench to kiss spells, he's still very much in love with his wife and still getting loving from her too.

4. HIGH - Mendeeces being released from prison and proposing to marry Yandy in Vegas, regardless if it wasn't her dream wedding. Mendeeces I think it's the thought that count and you score way more brownie points with your lady, which is what really counts, for waiting to give her a fairy-tale wedding.

3. HIGH - Tara smiling so often in light of what happened last season between her and Peter Gunz, ultimately resulting in Peter being put of their residence and him running back to his mistress...---I mean wife :)

2. LOW - The petty arguments that occurred so far between all of the cast mates and people on the show. The petty arguments and huge ones that will continue as the season moves forward and ends. Can't we all just get along?

1. LOW - Diamond not being upfront with Sisco about being a parent from day one. Where in the world do they do this at? I don't even care where, it's not even an excuse. Be proud to a parent. Sheesh....

Where are my sunglasses at? This season is shady... (Sn: Whether this season is a snoozer or not, you decide...)
